The RVPlusYou Protection Program has the option to settle a liability claim without your consent to settle;
The program will pay up to the limit of liability for any one occurrence, and will independently settle or defend any claim or suit asking for damages. The duty to settle or defend ends when the limit of liability is exhausted. Member Host coverage is subject to a deductible and RVPlusYou recreational vehicle owners must pay that amount when requested; Payment will be issued to the claimant, if required by a settlement, mediation, trial or arbitration.
