Laguna Seca Recreation Area is open year round. There are four campgrounds -the Grand Prix (A), Chaparral(B) Can-Am Circle (C) Campground, and T5R Campground, for a total of over 177 sites ranging from the ideal size for 20-foot RVs all the way to those up to 40 feet or more in length. Each campground has electricity and non-potable water hookups. Campers must bring in their own drinking water. Depending on the campground you choose, there’ll be hot showers, picnic tables, and barbecue pits.
Prices vary depending on whether a racing event is scheduled. Visitors can make reservations one week in advance.
There’s plenty to do at the Laguna Seca Recreation Area, from watching the car or motorcycle racing during racing season, to shooting rifles or pistols at the Shooting Range, to hiking and biking.
