This RV is in good condition but is showing some of the wear & tear of 11 years of use by happy families. It will sleep 6 comfortably but could sleep up to 8 if some are children. It has one slide in the living area so it is very spacious when the slide is out, but still easy to move around when closed. Includes all the comforts of home: small flat-screen TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, double sink, shower, separate toilet area, 2 queen size beds, couch (converts to twin bed), dinette (converts to short twin bed) heating & air conditioning. We have added solar so the batteries stay charged without the use of the generator. Tons of storage outside with a large awning (ask about use) and a generator. We provide camp chairs and a small table for outside with a large outdoor mat. We can provide bedding and towels for a small additional fee.
