Well self maintenance , this cozy but spacious little unit has everything you will need for a camping adventure, or extra space for the kids or friends. its got a queen size bed, a twin drop down dinner area, and a twin size pull out couch, It sleeps 4 adults. Great size bathroom with a toilet, small tub, shower head, and your sink. Kitchen has a great size, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and your sink with lots of cabinet space. It’s equipped with clean sheets, and pillows., toilet paper, paper towel your can enjoy a cup of coffee with our coffee pot, coffee, 4 mugs, tea, sugar, and creamers. Enjoy a great toast with our small toaster.

RV Rules

We do love our small cozy RV, we want our guests to enjoy the unit as much as we have enjoyed it with my family. We do not allow smoking, any kind of gasoline or flammable products inside the RV. We do allow your furry friendly pets. But just be aware that any damage done by them, will result in keeping some or all of the deposit, depending on the damage. Our awnings are no longer allowed to be used by our guests due to easy damage by hard winds and high repair costs. Treat our small, cozy Rv like if it was yours. We do hope you enjoy your stay.
