2018 Heartland Mallard M312 - Our beautiful new RV has all the amenities and loads of space for family and friends. It features a very spacious living room slide-out, u-shaped dinette, a very comfortable couch that faces the entertainment center. The master suite is comfortable with queen bed and plenty of storage. Double queen bunks offer plenty of space for kiddos. Couch makes out into bed for two. Dinette can be converted into bed for one or a very cozy two. Trailer is 50 amp rated. Can use at 30 amp site with adapter.
Bathroom is tub style with shower. Bathroom also has its on door. Kitchen has plenty or room to cook a meal for the family and has a full pantry for storing food plus a large refrig with freezer. Awning as LEDs that change colors with remote control! There is also an outdoor kitchen with 2 burner stove and mini refrig to store drinks and food. This RV has it all! Thanks for renting from the Wilcox Family! You and your family will enjoy this RV during fun filled vacation!

Note: NO Television. Bring your own. Hookups available for TV via cable or antenna and DVD player. I do provide a monitor to watch DVD's.

Additional or changes to standard fees:
Delivery costs is estimated at $100 for most rentals for up to 1 hour delivery from Longview. For rentals greater than 1 hour distance an increased delivery fee will be added in a custom quote. Standard cleaning charge is $50 for state park type destination or $150 for ATV/Mudding type parks or Boondocking on un-improved surfaces where sand and dirt will cover the RV. In addition, fees for additional services such as dry camping/boon-docking (Full fresh water tank and tank dumping), tank dump/empty service, generator, large 40 lb propane tanks, extra propane tanks, external 30 gal external tow-able tank, Coleman Grill, chairs, tables, hammocks, or other requested needs can be obtained upon request to be added with a custom quote.

NOTE: RV location is in Longview, TX. Flexible delivery and pickup times. RV owner works during week so deliveries during a weekday (8 am to 5 pm) depend on work schedule. On day of rental allow up to an hour for owner to thoroughly cover all the features of the RV including how to setup, breakdown, and dump tanks. Departure and return forms to be completed by both renter and owner.

RV Rules

Return in same condition as rented or cleaning / damage charges will be incurred per fee schedule. Site must be level on improved surface such as concrete, asphalt, or gravel. NO ATV/Dirt/Mud Parks (exceptions made on case by case basis). Cannot setup on grass, sand, un-level, or other similar unimproved surface. Doing so creates a high risk of damage to the RV and incurring damage fees that may not be covered by insurance but you will be held responsible for. If tanks returned not emptied unless agreed to in advance with paid tank dumping fee then a TANK DUMPING fee will be charged per fee schedule. Awnings are easily damaged by high winds, you must keep closed in bad weather. All damages to awnings will be covered by renter for deductible or amount not covered by insurance. RV must be leveled prior to using slide-out. Damages to slide-out from failing to level RV will be charged to renter for deductible or amount not covered by insurance. Excessive dirt/mud/sand/etc inside, outside, or underneath RV will incur a cleaning charge per fee schedule. You agree by renting RV to cover any and all damages incurred while in your possession and will pay all insurance deductibles and any charges not covered by insurance to report or restore RV in pre-rental condition.
