Outdoor/indoor speakers and 21 ft. awning with built in lcd lights . Fully Stocked--Includes linens, dishes and cookware. We have on-board amenities, such as fold up chairs and a travel BBQ also including one free bottle of wine per booking. RV Rules

We do not accept reservations for Oceano/Pismo Beach dunes. NO SAND!
-Delivery is preferred, renter tow to be granted on a case-by-case basis. Delivery includes set up and break down within 30 miles Paso Robles, CA. Further delivery can be negotiated
-We ask renter performs sewer clean out (gray and black tanks) if not $125 fee is added to reservation
- A $100 cleaning fee is required
-If there are issues with the campsite, non-campsite, residential or other type of location during drop-off, there are no refunds if the camper cannot be dropped off or is required to leave per campsite or state campground policy
