The Happy Beast is a 2021 Jayco 30' Travel Trailer. This is "Glamping" at it's finest. Accommodations to sleep 8 comfortably. Private queen bedroom with TV. Bunks have privacy curtains. We include kitchen dishes for 8, cookware, cups, utensils, pots and pans, Keurig or Melitta coffee maker, motion sensor nightlights. There is an outdoor kitchen, a 16' electric awning with outdoor speakers built in, and a large outdoor carpet. This is the perfect camper for families! You will not have to worry about those cold nights, the trailer will keep you cozy in any weather with Furnace and AC both controlled by thermostat. We invite and welcome you to our families home away from home and we can't wait to meet you!! We do not allow towing, but we would be happy to deliver for you within 25 miles..

We expect our renters to return the RV as clean as it was before you started your trip. .
This is a NO SMOKING rental.
Pets will be allowed, but we charge $50 so that we can remove the smell, scent and pet hair after the rental.
There is a $125 cleaning fee. We always sanitize after every use for the next renters.
There is a $50 tank dump fee.
