Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a full forfeiture of the security deposit, a mandatory minimum $500 fee, and billing for any additional expenses related to remediation. “Evidence” can be observational, smell, discoloring, stains, burn marks, ash, or any judgement which establishes that there was anything smoke related occurring inside the unit.
2. USE OF AWNING IS AT THE RENTERS RISK.
DO NOT EVER LEAVE THE AWNING EXTENDED IN OPEN POSITION WHEN NOT PRESENT UNDERNEATH IT.
(please note a 10x10 canopy can be provided upon request)
3. SPEED LIMIT OF 55MPH WHEN TOWING (for safety reasons)
4. DO NOT GO ON THE ROOF
5. ONLY PROVIDED TOILET PAPER IS TO BE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILETS (rapid dissolving septic safe)
6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES ARE BASED ON THE # OF PEOPLE ON THE RESERVATION
