Guest access

Guest also has access to all the amenities within Motorcoach, the surrounding yard around the RV and the Fishing dock. Moreover the accomodation comes with Member access (must request parking pass) to a Resort (located 14 miles away) with several pools and hot tub (10AM - 10PM), Marina with boat slip available (upon availability), lighted fishing piers, On-Premise JetSki & Boat Rentals, Kids Playground, Tennis Courts, 18 Hole Mini-Golf Course, and Basketball courts.

I am available to offer assistance and/or advice for making your stay a memorable one. I do my best to meet you for check-in and give a tour so you feel comfortable.

NOTE: The Motor Coach is stationary and is rented as an accommodation where it sits.
The 2nd bed is a daybed and is approx. 6' long, may not be suitable for all.

RV Rules

Things to note:

*The RV is stationary and rented where-as*
*Guests understand that Glamping (Glamorous Camping) is part of an outdoors adventure which consists of coming in contact with nature, including Mosquitos, Spiders, Ants & bugs. We maintain the property & spray regularly however we still have no control over insects on the lake
*Beds have a max weight limit that may not exceeded, by booking you agree that all parties fall under the weight limits indicated in the pictures (Max total 400 lbs. for Full; 200 lbs. & 175 lbs. for twins) as well as the Trailer is not ideally suited for guest over 6'4" in height.
*You must discard all sanitary & paper products (except single ply toilet paper) in a trash receptacle. The sewage system is only designed to handle organic waste. Violation of this will incur a sewage pumping charge.
*Please don't drive off the stone driveway or park on grass
*Daybed is only 5' long may not be suitable for tall individuals
*By using the Kayaks you agree to use them at your own risk and agree to a hold harmless of the Host and Owner

**Important** By booking you agree that you have read & agree to comply with these rules and failure could result in loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property:

1. Quiet hours observed 10PM to 7AM Sunday-Thursday; 11PM-7AM Friday & Saturday
2. NO packages or mail sent here
3. NO Smoking inside the unit. Allowed outside
4. Any use of narcotics is not permitted.
5. The host bears no responsibilities for any accident, injuries or illness that you may sustain within your stay.
6. Please be kind to our Earth by turning off lights, water valves, and thermostat (75) when not occupying the unit or upon departure.
7. NO Parties or Events of any kind without Host approval (prior to reservation)
8. Only Registered Guests are allowed onsite, additional guests must be announced
9. If you have a group of 4 or more you must inquire first prior to Instant Booking
10. Local area guests MUST send a request prior to booking stating nature of visit
11. Check-out is before 10AM (Staff will arrive 10:15AM; $10 fee every 15 minutes over)
12. Don't bring any of the blankets or pillows from the bedrooms outside.
13. Report any stains immediately as we have a carpet cleaner on site (failure may result in up to $250 fee Commercial cleaning)
