Amelia is stocked and ready to take your family camping. She is a bunkhouse with a queen bed, two bunk beds, a dinette that converts to a bed, and a fold down couch, ample sleeping room for the whole family! Equipped with everything from linens and towels to pots and pans to In-Motion satellite TV, you will not need to add anything but your happy self, food and personal items. We also provide clean bedding and utensils, cooking ware, a Nespresso machine for making espresso or Americanos, and a toaster. Vincent will also give you a thorough briefing on how to operate the RV and its systems. We will deliver and pickup the RV within 30 miles of McKinney, Texas for the standard delivery fee. If your destination is outside of that radius, contact us for a quote on delivery. We have a minimum rental period of at least 3 nights, depending on the dates/season.
Amelia also has DVD players with headsets in the bunk beds, a generator, power inverter for running TV and satellite from batteries, new hardwood style floors, a full size shower, electric awning, plenty of storage space, redundant battery systems for dry camping, and don't forget the satellite TV! We enjoy camping in the RV with our family of 5.

We are small business owners. Vincent's primary business is an intellectual property law firm, Carstens & Cahoon. The firm procures intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks and copyrights and litigates disputes that rise in the area. We also own a film making company, Copper Penny Films, that Elizabeth operates to create promotional videos for large companies and family films. We enjoy racing motocross, water skiing, snow skiing and football. We purchased our first RV, a Class C, in June 2015 and later purchased a Class A bunkhouse in 2017. Since getting our first RV, we have been loving RV life, an experience like no other. We take the RV on family vacations with our three kids and two small dogs. Vincent, who is a pilot and has an aircraft mechanic's license, is also very handy and has been making improvements to the RVs since we bought them, including floor replacement, suspension upgrades, servicing the generator, etc. Our RVs have been very reliable for us with no issues that caused us to cut short a trip.
