RV Rules
We love our renters, but need to put some rules into place to make sure all renters can enjoy the rig, and we
Protect our asset.
This RV rental includes essential amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, one propane tank, and the option for
off-grid camping with a rental generator, but renters must adhere to guidelines, including reserving appropriate
campsites, rolling up awnings during storms, and treating the unit with care by cleaning, securing items, and properly
managing tanks and sewer hoses.
Plan on 30 minutes to an hour at pick-up to review how the rig works and to cover any questions you may have. Plan
on at least 30 minutes at drop-off to review the rig before you leave.
No smoking, vaping, etc. inside the rig or right next to it with the doors/windows open. If the rig comes back smelling
like anything (smoke, animals, etc), I will retain the full security deposit to have the rig professionally cleaned.
Pets are always welcome, but you must agree to clean up after your pets and return the unit in the same
condition as received, or be subject to an extra cleaning fee up to $250. Please bring a pet blanket.
If items in the rig are damaged or missing, I charge the security deposit for the replacement cost plus my time to
acquire those items. This includes damage to the awning, which will be your full deposit.
Weather Precautions: In case of rain or storms, please roll up the awning. You will forfeit your full deposit if the
The awning is ruined.
Renters are responsible for any tolls, tickets, etc., even if the security deposit has already been released. This is in
the rental contract, but we don’t want anyone to be surprised.
Please travel within the speed limit and in accordance with road and traffic conditions. While this is an off-road rig,
your insurance DOES NOT cover off-roading. Please stick to the appropriate roads for the insurance coverage.
Off-grid use requires renting the generator if needed, and the tow vehicle must meet specific weight requirements.
To avoid the excessive cleaning fee of $150, please bring back the rig in a clean condition - garbage out, sand/dirt/pet
hair removed as much as possible, dishes washed and put back in place, grey and black tank emptied. It will be an
extra $150.00 fee to empty the black and grey tank upon arrival.
You have roadside assistance included with your rental. Please contact them and then contact me as well - I want to
Be in the loop if you’re having any issues.
If you plan to unhook your tow vehicle from the rig and leave it at your campsite while you explore the area, you are
required to use the ball lock hitch.
Strict rules prohibit illegal drugs, secondary bookings, and require the original booker to stay for the duration of the
trip.
