Stay the night in Fern! Fern is a mixture of modern and vintage. My wife and I remodeled our bus last spring and we couldn't help, but share it! Fern is a destination rental and can be dropped off at your favorite campground, airbnb(ask for other hosts permission) or right in your front lawn. I have resources for the best campgrounds and Black Hills adventures in my guest guidebook! Read notes below for directions on how to access guidebook, delivery/setup costs, and what to expect from the stay.
This is a full service camper experience, meaning you pick a campsite and we will provide delivery of the camper. Setup fee is $30. Delivery fee is $4.00/mile one way unless you choose between Spokane Creek Campground, Elk Haven Campground, and Wolf Camp Campground, then the delivery fee will be free. While we work with licensing in the National Forest, please refrain from booking with National Forest campgrounds.
Upon booking please let me know which campgrounds you are going to be located at or if you have not booked one yet please let me know you are still on the search for campgrounds. If drop off exceeds 100 miles round trip, please message me prior to booking.
Not sure which Black Hills adventure to hit up next? Looking for a local restaurant, coffee shop, hike, bar, dirt bike/quad trail, bison tour, or scenic drives. I will have a guidebook inside of the camper to assist you in finding your adventures while you are out here. If you are interested in bison tours please message me as my family is doing tours of our private bison herd this summer.
What do my services include? My service includes delivery of camper(with fee), camper set up (electric hook up, sewer hook up, level).
How does it work? You book a site, give me the details and we will work together to establish a drop off time. It's that easy!
