I am a 2018 Rental company (SOUJOURN LLC) and lease and store my RV year round when I am not using it... Rents out at $225 a day FOUR days minimum, $1,111 for a week, and $4,500 a full Month! If you are thinking about this "deal", you can rent out the Aspect first and if we do the deal 100% of your rental will be returned! Renting cheaper then a Hotel room and it is could be YOURS!

Last 4 "just" summers the leases totaled about $70k.

Before leasing we lived in this for 2 years. Did Workamper News (on net) and members of Escapees (SKP#21927) a Full Timers Club with great free Forums on the net. Check out these sites to see how to go Full Time RVing and be PAID for it!

The RENTALS pay your yearly loan and DOUBLES that figure! Thus you basically have a deluxe RV for FREE with added income! Plus you get to use it when you want for your vacations with a reservation! Loans thru Essex Credit, Bank of the West, $69k at about 3.75% for 15 years under $505 a month.

NADA with the $30k in options and warranty put the value currently at around $98k. I paid $135k when new at a 20 year note for 5.5% thru dealer. If I do not sell or trade the unit this year, my plan is to take the remaining lease profits and just pay off the RV (probably in less then 3 years). I would like to get "out" from under the remaining note, due to a recent loss of income and want a Toy I can use more frequently. And I do take "Toys" as DOWN; what do you have to trade?

This RV has less then average mileage on it, 54k, and gets 12.4 MPG at 62 MPH; and with the "in Motion Satellite King Dome" you have your favorite TV channels even while driving all over the USA. With the on board Gen Set you can dry camp just about any where. Wal Mart and Sam's Club lot actually advise your more then welcome.
