Renter agrees to pay on demand for all charges due under this Agreement, including but not limited to:

a) Propane used, both tanks will be provided full and will be refilled by owner at the end of the rental period. Costs of tank refuel will be deducted from renter’s deposit.
b) Loss of, or damage to, the Vehicle which includes the cost of repair, or the actual cash value of the Vehicle based on valuation methods accepted by the auto insurance industry on the date of the loss if the Vehicle is not repairable, or if we elect not to repair the Vehicle. Renter is responsible for all expenses not covered by insurance as well as the insurance deductible ($1500.00).
c) Cleaning Fee ($200.00) if the Vehicle is not returned in the same condition rented. This fee is for interior and exterior wash upon return. In the event of excessive wear and tear or soiling, there will be up to a $300.00 but not exceeding charge deducted from the security deposit,
d) Actual expenses we incur in locating and recovering the Vehicle if Renter fails to return it or we elects to repossess the Vehicle under the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement is a contract for the rental of the Vehicle. The vehicle may be repossessed at Renter’s expense without notice to Renter, if the Vehicle is abandoned or used in violation of law or this Agreement. Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold owner harmless from all claims, liability, cost and attorney fees incurred by owner resulting from, or arising out of, this rental and Renter’s use of the Vehicle. No warranties, express, implied or apparent regarding the Vehicle, no warranty of merchantability, and no warranty that the vehicle is fit for a particular purpose are made.

If the renter abandons the vehicle without explicit direction of the owner they will be held liable for all costs to recover the vehicle to include, but not limited to finding the vehicle, recovery, and lost rental revenues for the days it takes to secure the vehicle. All rental deposits will be forfeited.

Renter is responsible for all damage to the Vehicle, missing equipment, and owner’s administrative expenses connected with damage claims, regardless of whether or not Renter is at fault. Renter is responsible for loss due to theft of the Vehicle and all damages due to vandalism that occurs in connection with a theft, if Renter fails to exercise ordinary care while in possession of the Vehicle. Renter is responsible for damage due to vandalism not associated with theft of the Vehicle up to a maximum of $2000. Renter must report all accidents or incidents of theft or vandalism to the police as soon as Renter discovers them. Renter must report all accidents involving the Vehicle to owner As-Soon-As-Possible, but No-Later-Than 24 hours of occurrence.

Renter releases owner from all claims for loss of, or damages to, your personal property or that of any other person, that was left or carried in Vehicle.

Owner shall provide the Vehicle in clean and operating condition. Service to the Vehicle or replacement of parts during the rental must have Owner’s prior approval.

The awning is particularly susceptible to damage by winds. The renter agrees to stake down awning with provided straps whenever it is out. Renter agrees to roll in the awning whenever there are wind conditions, the trailer is unoccupied, and when all occupants are asleep. Renter agrees to retract the slideouts when the trailer is left empty for an extended (1 day or greater) period of time.

No smoking is allowed in the Vehicle. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in loss of Security Deposit plus cost of cleanup.
