RV has just 66K miles on it and is in great running condition. Everything works well except for the frig. I have replaced w a 4.6 cu ft Compact Refrigerator (dorm type) that runs only on electricity. This will affect when you will stock your frig as you won't have power for the frig going to/from your destination. This RV is excellent for camping at sites with electricity and water source. Dry camping is not preferred.
The queen bed has a very comfortable mattress. The sofa can be pulled out to make a bed that will fit 2 kiddos snugly, which is why I only listed "3" people for accommodations. AC and heater works well, but as with any other RV, one can't run both front and rear AC at the same time. Dash AC is if-fy. In hotter weather, may need to run central AC.
All basic kitchenware are provided: pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, paper towels, toaster, small vacuum, broom/dust pan. Fresh linens and fresh bath/hand towels and wash cloths are provided.
Please absolutely no smoking, Pets must be agreed upon and non-refundable pet deposit paid accordingly. Violation of these terms will result in deduction from the security deposit in the amount it costs to return the RV to the condition at time of pick up.
You have 75 free miles per rental day. Miles in excess of allotted free miles are charged at 35 cents per mile. 4 free hours of generator hours are allotted per rental day. Hours in excess of allotted free generator hours are charged at $3 per hour.
Any wear and tear and housekeeping in excess of normal usage will be charged to renter accordingly.
Delivery may be available, and a delivery fee will be accessed, as determined by distance of delivery. Contact renter for amount.
