Luxury RV rental delivered to your campsite and set up in advance of your arrival! It doesn’t get any easier to go camping or glamping in comfort. Free delivery to the campsite and set up included. (within 60 mile radius of Hollister, CA)

Our like-new 2015 Radiance, a 25 foot travel trailer, will be set up at your campsite, home, wedding, or event and ready for your arrival.

Note that this luxury RV has all of the dishes, cooking utensils and spices, coffee maker, etc. that you will need. Everything we take camping stays in the trailer for your use. Just bring your personal items. We'll provide towels, pillows and linens for the Queen bed and fold down dinette bed. We also provide a Champion generator for dry camping to charge the on-board batteries.

This luxury RV can be set up at just about any location you choose but there could be extra charges for long distance deliveries.

If you’re remodeling your home and need long term housing, or just a place to cook while your kitchen is being renovated, ask about discounts for long term rentals on private property.

The master bedroom area has a queen size bed with foam topper for a great night’s sleep, and the dinette also converts into a bed. This unit has a separate bathroom; shower, sink and toilet with separate access.

It is also equipped with a TV, DVD and CD player should you need a break from the outdoors and you can enjoy it all in the sizable living area with gourmet kitchen.

RV Rules

Guests are required to meet in person and show matching government-issued ID matching the person booking the reservation. No smoking of cigarettes or any other substance permitted inside RV or around RV windows or under RV awning. Please respect neighboring campsites and campsite rules, including not running the generator late at night after legal quiet hours. We reserve the right to terminate booking early or upon check-in with no refunds if any of these rules are broken.

Unlike some RV rentals, we do not automatically charge guests a cleaning fee. Please leave the place tidy and clean up after yourself before checking out. Please wash all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans and put them away. Please clean up food spills, wipe down countertops and appliances, clean shower, sinks, toilet and oven and vacuum and clean up dirt from floors. If the RV needs to be cleaned, you will be charged for cleaning at a rate of $110/hour.

Please refill the propane tanks before returning them and provide a copy of the receipt. If you don't have time to refill the propane tanks, we can refill these for you for a charge of $30 per tank.

The generator runs on propane. We will supply you with one full propane tank for you to use with the generator and we will place the generator at a safe distance from the trailer. Please do not move this generator during your stay. For safety reasons it can not be close to the trailer. You are responsible for refilling the propane tank during your booking and before the end of your booking. If you don't have time to refill the propane tanks, we can refill these for you for a charge of $30 per tank.

The delivery and pick-up fee for delivering the trailer to your campsite is waived as this service is provided for free with your 4+ night booking. Free delivery is only available within 60 miles of Hollister, CA.
