. The Sofa converts to a bed for 1 adult or 2 small children
. The Cab- Over bunk sleeps 2 adults or 3 small children
. The rear queen bed sleeps 2 adults

" Entertainment "

. Has 32" flat screen tv in the living room area with the option of Direct Tv Satellite ( extra fee ) Also has over 100 movies for kids

. The bedroom has 19" flat screen tv

" Cooking Supplies "

.Kitchen has basic pots and pans and silverware

. Rear bedroom only comes with mattress cover which is changed periodically.
. Renter needs to bring own sheets, blankets, and pillows.

. There is 1 stand up shower which has hot and cold water
. There is also a small separate entry for toilet and sink use across from the shower.

Rv is festival friendly but do require more of security deposit and higher daily rates. If it is found the renter takes rv to festival without owners knowledge, renter forfeits security deposit!. Rv is to be returned in the same condition received by the renter, If rv is not returned clean then renter is subject to a cleaning fee. All tanks must be dumped prior to check-out. Dump fee + plus sanitization fee will apply.
