TRAVEL TRAILER DESCRIPTION

Our 2017 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite is LARGE travel trailer with a PRIVATE room by the front and TWO full size bunks at the back! Best in class with a magnificent floor plan that offers a ton of space and comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people depending on how many adults and children you bring.
The rear access door located within the restroom is a nice feature that will allow for your guests to access the restroom to take a shower or rinse after coming back from the pool or beach. Not to mention a huge safety escape route if God forbid is ever needed.

Upgraded sleeping mattress pads on rear bunks for your comfort.

Our Travel trailer has a very POWERFUL SOLAR POWER SYSTEM WITH INVERTER, this will result on huge savings by avoiding generator daily rental, not having to burn fuel to run the generator, and you will also not have to hear the generator running (specially on those locations were generator use is restricted during certain times). We just also replaced the coach batteries with batteries that holds a ton of energy and super-efficient for solar power. Perfect choice for boondocking or no electricity hook ups.

RV has a 30-Amp electric system. When using only a 30-amps service and depending on your campground electricity supply, you will only be able to use certain systems at a time.

Exceptionally LARGE kitchen area with huge countertop great for entertainment and cooking your favorite meals. Gas range, microwave. Conveniently stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, dishware, silverware, drinking cups, coffee cups, dishwashing liquid, and kitchen towel. Included as well are toilet paper, hand towel, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. Please let me know if you prefer to bring your own so we can remove these items for you.

Sleeping Capacity:

• Front private room with RV queen bed
• Sofa bed by the living area that becomes a double bed
• Large U-shape dinette also becomes another double bed
• Rear bunks with a full size bed on top and another one at the bottom

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW IN ORDER TO BOOK YOUR CAMPSITE

• 32’ Total length from rear to hitch
• 16’ Total width with slide outs extended at both sides to include the awning
• Your site or location MUST have a 30-amp dedicated breaker in order to be able to run the AC
• All utilities (water, sewer and electricity) are located at the driver side
• Total GVWR is over 7,850.0 lbs.; therefore, because of how long it is as well as the weight, we can’t deliver to places in which access has a moderate to steep grade, narrow roads or tight turns since we will not be able to safely go through or even fit.

Although we accept dogs, you will be required to leave the interior in the same clean condition as provided to you. The dog can never be left inside unattended (specially during the hot summer months). A deep cleaning fee applies to ensure the rig is ready for the next customer who could have an allergy.

NOTE: Although you are allowed to rent our motorhome and take it to a State Park or State Beach, we are not authorized to deliver to any of their facilities, but we are able to deliver it outside and you can drive it in and out yourself.
