Brand new 2019 30' RV! This coach is very easy to drive and maneuver w/back up and side cameras. Plenty of power with it's Ford V10. We have also installed after market heavy duty Sumo spring shock absorbers and a Road Master steering stabilizer for better handling on the roads next to trucks and grooves in the road. The spacious interior has an open floor plan with a full length slide out and sleeps 7 comfortably. The private master bedroom offers a KING SIZE BED and rear bedroom window which is great for waking up in the morning to wonderful views. Power drop down bunk over the cab offers a very comfortable spacious queen size bed. The sofa folds out to a full size bed & L-shape dinette provides additional sleeping. With a propane gas stove and oven, full kitchen sink, residential refrigerator and microwave makes this a great working kitchen. The coach is perfect for tailgating, festivals or relaxing outdoors with its 20ft automatic awning and exterior kitchen featuring a refrigerator, sink, microwave outdoor flat screen TV and propane hook-up for gas grill or outdoor fire-pit. Lots of additional features like heat, dual AC, three flat screen TVs (two inside one outdoors), DVD player, sound system inside and outside, power roll out awning with LED lights, automatic levelers, & gas generator will make you feel right at home! Rental includes linens for beds, basic kitchen set up (plates, silverware, glasses, basic utensils, Keurig coffee maker) and bath towels for 7 upon request at no additional charge.
