YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we have implemented several steps in order to maximize hygiene, disinfecting all surfaces to include air ducts, allow over 72.0 hrs between reservations, as well as monitor ourselves before accessing any of our units. Please do your due diligence before booking your reservation and find out if the location where you are intending to travel is open to the public. We understand a multitude of people are seeking safety by sheltering on an RV and stay away on the much-needed isolation such as the outdoors. We are here to help by also offering monthly discounted rates for those stationary rentals.

We offer FREE delivery, set up and pick up to Campland on the Bay, Mission Bay RV Resort, Chula Vista RV Resort, KOA Chula Vista, and Sweetwater Summit Regional Park.
Trailer can be picked up at Del Mar or the KOA in Chula Vista with any 3 nights minimum reservations.

NOTE: All reservations for which we will be the ones delivering and picking up, and the RV will not be moved or transported by the customer will be offered a reduced damage deposit; please let me know if you want to take advantage of this promotion along with the Campground and site number that needs to be delivered to so I manually override the system with the lower deposit.

Our Lance is a gorgeous, unique mid-size high-end travel trailer. Perfect length and layout for a family of up to 4 adults and 3 children or perhaps 3 adults and 3 children (it depends the level of privacy and comfort desired as well as how many will be sharing a bed)

Because it only measures 25.5' from bumper to end of hitch, you will be able to find available campsites everywhere. It is also be fairly easy to tow if you have experience towing (you will not be allowed to tow this trailer if you are not very skilled and experience towing); you will only need a large vehicle with an 8,300.0 lbs. towing capacity. We will provide the tow hitch, weight stabilizer bars, anti-sway control device and tow ball. Your truck must have a functional hard-wired brake controller and a 7-pin prong adapter.

FLOORPLAN:

• Front sofa becomes part of the RV Queen bed at night, it has an upgraded mattress. It is extremely comfortable; it has a walkway all around for easy access and convenience. There is his and her wardrobe and night table with its own light and window. There is a curtain that you slide close for privacy at night. The bathroom door can also be closed against the gallery wall to have privacy from the bunks or rear restroom.

• The large U-shape dinette located within the slide out becomes a short full-size/double bed.

• The kitchen has a generous counter when the extending leaf is opened, sink cover is in place and stove lid is closed. Convenient and compact enough for entertainment. We also provide an exterior folding table that works wonderful for extra meal prepping, entertainment, outdoor eating (ask for availability), etc. Gas range, oven, and microwave. Conveniently stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, dishware, silverware, drinking cups, coffee cups, dishwashing liquid, and kitchen towel. Included as well is toilet paper, hand towel, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. Please let me know if you prefer to bring your own so we can remove these items for you.

• There is a triple set of narrow twin-size bunks suitable for children or small teenagers at the back. It is not suitable for adults unless they are petite. These bunks can also be folded back and instead use this space for additional storage.

• Bathroom vanity is conveniently located outside the shower and toilet room. Restroom has walk in bathroom.

• It has two access entrance doors for safety and convenience.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW IN ORDER TO BOOK YOUR CAMPSITE

• Total length from rear to hitch is 26-1/2’

• Total width with slide outs extended at both sides to include the awning 16’

• This trailer has one AC units, if you will be using a lot of electricity devices with high draw, you MUST have a 30-amp site

• All services (water, sewer, and electricity) are located by the driver side

• Total GVWR is over 7,000.0 lbs., we cannot deliver to unleveled areas or places which access has a moderate to steep grade, narrow roads, or tight turns as we will not be able to safely go through. Your tow vehicle MUST have at least 8,300.0 lbs. to safely tow this trailer and MUST have a brake controller installed with a 7 prone connector.

Trailer can be picked up at our storage facility at the KOA in Chula Vista, Crown Point in Pacific Beach or Del Mar near the 5 FWY. You are welcome to come see it in person or our other inventory, so you choose the one that you love the most.
