We are excited for you to start your adventure and create unforgettable memories. Our house on wheels is ready with all essentials for a getaway to enjoy the great outdoors.
Our house on wheels sleeps 8 comfortably, but could sleep up to 10. It has 2 full size bunkbeds that fit 2 persons each. It has a dining table and a sofa that can be converted into another sleeping area which can sleep 2 children each or 1 adult each. It has a great master bedroom with a queen mattress.
Trailer comes with AC and heating. It also has a tv in the living area and a Bluetooth/radio speaker. It has 3 gas burner cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave and outdoor shower.
The trailer comes with a slide out and with an awning, perfect for getting some shade. It also has LED outdoor lighting along with outdoor speakers that connect to an indoor unit for some Bluetooth or radio music.

Add-ons:
- Propane $35 each

- Bed linens/Pillows $15 per bed (includes 2 pillows, 1 flat sheet, 1 blanket and 2 towels)

- Portable BBQ and Utensils $10
- 5 Gallon Water Jug and Dispenser $10
- Lightweight portable hammock $5
Things to note:
- Propane is used for stove, unit heater and water heater. It will be charged at every rental upon return.
- Trash and personal items must be taken at the end of your stay.
- Trailer must be returned in the same cleaned condition as it was received.
- All kitchen items must be washed before returning.
- If bed linens and pillows are added on, they must be free of stains and damage.
***Rules:
- No bikes and/or firewood allowed inside trailer.
- Smoking or Tabacco use is prohibited inside the trailer. Including but not limited to marijuana products, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, pipes, cigar, snuff or chewing Tabacco.
- Awning must be closed when windy or unattended.
- This travel trailer is off limits for burning man or other similar events.
***Additional Fees:
- Pet fee is $50 per pet per trip (Max of 2 pets).
- Pet damage will have a $800+ fee.
- If bed linens and pillows are added on and have stains or are damaged there will be a $5-$20 fee per item.
- If trailer is not returned cleaned as it was released, there will be an additional $150 cleaning fee. If trailer is excessively dirty and detailing is needed, there will be a $250+ additional charge.
- Failure to cooperate to the NO SMOKING rule will have a $500+ fee.
- If trailer GPS detects that trailer has been taken to a burning man or similar event. There will be a $1,000 charge plus damages.
For Delivery Renters:
- Renter MUST be present at time of delivery.
- Delivery time to site is 2:00 pm and pick up from site is 11:00 am. If guest is not on time at delivery or at pick up or within 2 hours of agreed time, there is an additional fee of $40. After 2 hours of agreed time there will be an additional 1-day fee charged.
- Renter will be responsible for any fees from campground that are due at the moment of dropping off trailer and picking up trailer.
For Pick Up Renters
- Only renter is able to tow trailer.
- Towing vehicle must be able to tow at least 6,000 lbs.
- Towing vehicle must be equipped with an Electric Brake Controller (required by CA law for trailers over 1,500 lbs.). Trailer will not be released to renter unless towing vehicle has one.
- Vehicle must be equipped with a 7 way round connector.
- Diver must not have passengers inside trailer while in motion.
- Driver must not exceed 55 mph when towing.
- If renter would like us to take care of dumping on campground there will be a fee of $35 plus any additional dumping fees from campsite.
- If trailer is brought back with gray or black water, there will be a $130 fee.
- Trailer must be pick up by 2:00 pm and returned by 11:00 am or agreed time. If trailer is not picked up or returned within 2 hours of agreed time, there is an additional fee of $40. After 2 hours of agreed time there will be an additional 1-day fee charged.
