This travel trailer is in great condition with a little wear and tear, or I like to call "character/memories" from our three beautiful children. It has all the amenities required to have a memorable camping trip. Plenty of room for several adults or family’s with kiddos.

We do provide sheets, blankets and pillows, but please let us know if you are planning on bringing your own.


we charge a miscellaneous fee for restocking of the utensils and cooking supplies such as tin foil, paper towels etc. and any other incidentals such as the propane used for the grill and the griddle.

We do have a TV but it does not have any satellite capabilities. it does however have the ability to play DVDs through a Playstation 3 and also digital movies via thumb drive. We also have a mini Nintendo that has over 30 games on it, that makes for a fun battle with Dr. Wario.

Hey, I'm Chris!

Father of three kiddos and married to my lovely wife. I am in the United States Coast Guard and have been for 20 years. We have had this trailer since 2017 and our family has enjoyed every minute of it. We wish we were camping right now but unfortunately our schedules are super busy and so we wanted to at least give others the opportunity to enjoy this fantastic trailer.

RV Rules

No smoking is allowed inside the trailer and we do not allow pets. Please refrain from cooking items that create a lot of smoke, such as bacon or sausage inside the trailer. It will set off the smoke alarm and get pretty stinky inside. We have a griddle that is perfect for outdoors and can hook up to the propane tanks that are provided. If you need assistance utilizing the hook ups, please feel free to call anytime day or night and if the tanks are filling up please dump the grey and black tank before they get too full. Once the trailer is set up, please do not attempt to reposition or adjust the stabilizers and or move the slide out because it can damage the gears and or the frame of the trailer. If there are any high winds and the awning is out, please retract it so that it does not get damaged.
